Senoj Properties Inc. was started ten years ago in Little Rock, Arkansas. Managed single-family houses throughout the Pulaski and Saline County area, however, shortly after our doors opened we realized there was a massive demand for multi-family housing as well. Over the last 10 years Senoj Properties Inc. has grown to manage properties throughout the area and is actively researching new markets to enter.

We provide tenant support for individuals looking to rent single and multi-family homes along with commercial spaces. Tenants can come to us anytime for help with finding a rental that meets their expectations. We will match tenants with the available properties on our roster by paying close attention to their space needs and financial constraints.
We thoroughly screen each applicant to ensure tenants will happily remain in their rental for several lease periods. Upon accepting the application, our team leads tenants through the lease signing to keep the process swiftly moving forward. With our quick processing services, tenants never have to wait an unnecessary amount of time to acquire a rental home. We remain on the job well after giving tenants their keys to the rental home. Our team remains on call for emergency repairs anytime of the day or night. We also regularly schedule maintenance tasks to keep the rentals in great condition year after year.
We love placing great tenants in great rental homes. To quality for one of our rental properties, you must meet at least the following criteria:
- Verified monthly income must be 3 times the monthly rent
- We do not require a specific credit score, but will review any past payment history, any past evictions and any past record of bankruptcy
Rental Application Process
- Our rental application process takes up to 24-48 business hours. We will contact you via Email after your application has been processed.
- A completed rental application is required prior to scheduling a viewing.
- Everyone financially responsible on the lease must complete a separate application.
- We cannot guarantee how long a home will be available.
- All security deposits are first-come first-serve upon application approval.
- We cannot hold a home without a deposit paid.
